Project Management is the core of all services in diye. diye’s project managers strategically plan, organize and coordinate all necessary resources and requirements for the achievement of projects’ objectives on time.
Assigning of in-house and freelance translators, proofreaders, software, localization, QA engineers, cultural experts and IT developers, project management starts immediately after the acceptance of a project. Appointed by the project managers in charge of the project, pertinent teams advise project managers on the necessary tools and lingua-cultural aspects of the commission. Appointed project members from translators to field experts, prepare the infrastructure of the project in the kick-off meeting.
Project managers form their technology and translator/localization expert and proofreader teams, make the financial plan, carry out communication with the strategic partners commissioning the project and monitor the completion of the project.
